Still got questions?

I am driving to the event. Is there parking?

Yes. There are two large car parks with free parking available. When you turn onto Punt Road to enter the venue you can take the first left after the Police Station to the first carpark. Or continue down Punt Road and park in the second car park opposite Banjo Paterson Restaurant.

The weather is looking poor. What should I do?

As an outdoor event, we are unfortunately subject to weather conditions. Our house policy is to continue the screening unless conditions present a danger to patrons. Our decisions are based of Bureau of Meteorology data and patrons will be informed of any decisions made in a timely manner. Please note that the Hunters Hill Open Air Cinema usually allows for tickets to be used on an alternate night should the weather be poor. We reserve the right to make the decision on a case by case basis.

Are umbrellas allowed?

Unfortunately umbrellas cannot be used during the screening of the event due to the impact it has on other guests. We encourage patrons to bring ponchos or raincoats.

What happens if the screening is cancelled?

The Hunters Hill Open Air Cinema offers patrons the right to a refund or transfer of evenings should the screening be cancelled.

What happens if I can’t make the screening anymore?

Patrons who cannot make the screening and provide us with over 24 hours notice are offered a transfer of evenings.

Can I bring food or drinks into the event?

Unfortunately the Hunters Hill Open Air Cinema is a fully licensed venue, and a number of local food trucks are also available, so no BYO alcohol or food will be permitted to enter the event.

Can I pay with cash?

Our event is a cashless event, and we can only accept contactless payments, i.e. credit card, across the venue.

Once I am in the venue, can I leave and come back?

Yes, please speak to the staff at the front gate who will organise your exit and re-entry.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Unfortunately not. As part of our Covid safe plan all tickets must be purchased online.

Is there accessible seating?

Yes there is a large amount of accessible seating available. Please note seating is not reserved.
